Patrick at Kelleher and Associates recently did a house survey for me and I'm very happy with the service. Patrick was very professional and the work was completed promptly. I received a detailed report with lots of helpful advice and I felt confident that I knew what I was getting into buying an older house requiring refurbishment. The survey flagged some issues that I hadn't been aware of and I used this to re-negotiate the sale price of the house, which has saved me a significant amount of money. Patrick was also extremely helpful with some follow up queries I had. A pleasure to deal with and I couldn't recommend Kelleher and Associates more.

Ashling and Patrick were very easy to deal with. All communication was clear and smooth. The provided report was very detailed, with sufficient evidence and phorographs to back up any claims. We had also asked them to investigate a few specific concerns we had about the property, which they did. We would highly recommend Keller & Associates.

Big thanks to Patrick, Ashling and all of the team! We have requested a pre-purchase house survey and it really helped us to evaluate our investment and to narrow any potential risks to watch out for in future. First time buying a house and employed Kelleher & Associates to conduct a survey of the property. Very happy with the report which was detailed and covered all aspects of our property concerns and more with good advice given.
